A Three-Phase Approach

Park Infrastructure

  • Install ADA-accessible pathways and lawn improvements
  • Upgrade landscape lighting for evening use
  • Add new park furniture, benches, and seating areas
  • Plant native trees, shrubs, and perennials

Fountain Restoration

  • Rebuild the 1883 octagonal fountain in durable bronze
  • Create a new stone plaza that anchors the park
  • Install new plumbing, pumps, and electrical systems
  • Reintroduce a central water feature

Streetscape Improvements

  • Expand sidewalks along Warren St., Columbia St., and S. 7th St.
  • Add new street trees and curb realignment
  • Improve crossings and pedestrian visibility
