A Three-Phase Approach
Park Infrastructure
- Install ADA-accessible pathways and lawn improvements
- Upgrade landscape lighting for evening use
- Add new park furniture, benches, and seating areas
- Plant native trees, shrubs, and perennials
Fountain Restoration
- Rebuild the 1883 octagonal fountain in durable bronze
- Create a new stone plaza that anchors the park
- Install new plumbing, pumps, and electrical systems
- Reintroduce a central water feature
Streetscape Improvements
- Expand sidewalks along Warren St., Columbia St., and S. 7th St.
