A Three-Phase Approach
Park Infrastructure
- Install ADA-accessible pathways and lawn improvements
- Upgrade landscape lighting for evening use
- Add new park furniture, benches, and seating areas

Fountain Restoration
- Rebuild the 1883 octagonal fountain in durable bronze
- Create a new stone plaza that anchors the park
